We had such a great time for our tradtional first lake trip party of the year. We always take the boat out and have dinner on it usually for FHE. Before the new TIGA it was always an ADVENTURE because the sunny mesa never worked. After a year in the barn we would always have mechanical problems or whatever going on with it. This year we all had a great time. We had subs and everyone boarded and Raylene even surfed. No worries she is having a baby in 3 weeks. This was the first time for Brookie to go on the boat and we also brought the dog of coarse. All did specatular, and we missed DAD and Kelsey who had the SWINE flu. Pretty bad stuff. JK. just the regular flu I guess. Mom was always watching brooks last year so it has been two years since she has come. Mom is amazing, she drives the boat and even boarded!

Brooklyn is learning to speak to languages so as she is 15 months she still hasnt said very many words other than sheesh and mama and dada. She knows everyone by name and is so smart. she loves music and dancing! this video doesnt show it off enough. This was Brookies Mothers Day gift to mom.
Mom seriously is the best woman at almost everything she does(except throwing a frisbee) Raylene has been working on a collected scrapbook for over 6 months now from all of us girls. The book has several titles in it like: Moms the best becauses, most embarrassing moments with mom, advice mom ALWAYS gives and many more. Ray made these yummy jello's in tiny triffle dishes which are AWSOME! and I gave her some new teflon pans. Dinner was better than normal and overall we had a great time spending it with the family who was all here! Mom has been on this extreme diet and had lost 15 + pounds. She looks and feels great.

Spring Break Cali, 09
Yes, that is Dad walking in the back ground on the beach in this picture. As we sat on the beach a rondom couple strolled out and then were married. Really it was just an example of how rediculous marriages are now adays, and how grateful we all are who have been sealed to their best friend for all of eternity. Dad was going to use these pix as examples for his marriage class that he teaches every Thursday night.
Spring Break Cali, 09
Second, SPRING BREAK. We had such a great time in California this past time. We rode bikes and had picnics at Balboa, went through the amazing Body worlds exhibit, ate food, golfed and had a great time with the girls friends and the lines. Body worlds is an exhibit where real cadivers are preserved and on display in all different kinds of poses and shapes. They had a body skate boarding, and a ballet dancer and every weeks stages of the birth process, including a real baby in a real body. It was amazing!
Well its been a while since I have updated my mothers blog. Dont ask me why she cant do it herself. But here are just a few highlights of whats been happening the last few months of mom and dads life as grandparents. First off. Grandma Nichols was down for the winter for the last few months, the Nichols family got together to play games and have food at the park. The pony cart was their and we all had some yummy treats and great fun.

We had such a great time at Brooklyns first Birthday Party. Raylene did the cutest invites that were circles and the whole party was a ball theme. Brooklyn got the cutest gifts and really it was alot of fun to see her and Tori hale help unwrap the toys, books and clothes. Pizza and homeade oreo icecream always works. Mom was also able to cruise down the hill with these sweet summer sleds. Really everyone had a great time. Grandparents Bowles and Brads Cousin and family, the Lines, Richardsons, and Olsens were all in attendance.
